We price the goods, you confirm, then we pack and send. That’s it.

Freight comes with the order

We’re not selling transport as a product. When you buy materials from us, we sort packing and a carrier for that load.

Vilnius address = registered office. No public pickup unless we agree it for that order.

What shows on the offer

  • Incoterms Usually EXW or DAP — whatever we agree before it leaves.
  • Packing Pallets or bundles, whatever fits the load.
  • Quantities Pieces, pallets, or truckloads.
  • Papers Invoice and packing list with the goods.

FAQ

Outside Lithuania?

Yes, if we can cover the destination.

Pickup in Vilnius?

Only if we arrange it. The address online is the office, not a depot.

Who pays freight?

Whatever the Incoterm on the offer says.

How long?

Depends on the goods and the place. We’ll put a date on the offer.

VAT?

Normal EU rules. Put your VAT number in the email.

Damage?

Photos + delivery papers, soon as you see it.
